AutoCal produces 2 output files: Test1-Autocal.dat and Test1-Autocal_Optimisation.dat.
The file Test1-Autocal.dat shows the enumerated parameter (ManningM), output measure (RMS_H_Branch1_87826) and objective function (RMS_H) for the different model evaluations performed during the optimisation. The last line is the optimum. The results are shown in Figure 2.1.
The file Test1-Autocal_Optimisation.dat shows the population of parameters and corresponding objective functions sorted with respect to the aggregated objective function (in the case RMS_H).
