Finally, AutoCal is used to run three different scenarios using, respectively, reference parameters (used to generate measurements), initial parameters, and optimised parameters. The setup is included as Example2/Test2_Optimisation_Validation.auc.
Model Parameters
All parameters are changed to Parameter type variables.
Scenario Runs
The parameters for the three scenarios are specified.
Save Output Files
We want to save output at the three measurement locations. Time series data are saved in setup/SimulatedResults.dfs0. For each scenario run this file is saved. The saved file SimulatedResults_1.dfs0, SimulatedResults_2.dfs0 and SimulatedResults_3.dfs0 are saved in the process subfolders Setup_Process1, etc.
Results
Time series of simulated discharge in the three measuring locations are shown in Figure 2.2.
