Parameters

Alpha

The alpha controls the rate of dissipation and is a proportional factor on the wave breaking source function. The default value is 1.

Gamma (wave steepness)

This gamma value controls the wave steepness condition. The default value is 1.

In case you apply the Functional form type, this value is set internally to 0.88.

Gamma

This gamma value controls the limiting water depth condition. The default value is 0.8.

In case you apply the Functional form type the this value is derived internally by the wave steepness in the start of the profile.

Dissipation factor

The dissipation factor is a measure of the percentage of waves that are breaking. The value is between 0 (no wave breaking) and 1 (full wave break­ing).
