Priority

You can connect multiple Water users, Hydropower plants and Reservoirs to a Reservoir. By default, connections are given a priority according to the sequence in which they are digitised. The priority can be changed in the prior­ity column. Number 1 has first priority; number 2 has second priority, and so forth.

Note that the minimum release from the Reservoir always has a higher prior­ity than all other users. In order for a user to effectively have first priority, the specified minimum release for the Reservoir must be set to zero and there must be no minimum remote flow requirements.
