AD additional results

Data assimilation

The data assimilation group on the additional results page defines which additional output items will be saved to the additional result file from an Uncertainty assessment analysis or a Kalman filter update simulation.

The following outputs may be selected:

·         Standard deviation

·         Correction (only available when updating with Kalman filter)

·         Gain (only available when updating with Kalman filter)

·         Confidence intervals

Confidence interval outputs require specification of a percentage value for each confidence interval. Percentage values are defined in the table appear­ing once the ‘Confidence intervals’ check box is activated. Press the ‘+’ but­ton to insert lines in the table and the ‘-‘ to delete lines that are not needed.

Additional outputs from Data Assimilation are stored in a separate result file with ‘ADStat’ included in the result file name.
