A global initial concentration must be specified for each cohesive fraction and is applied throughout all calculation points in the river network, unless local values have been defined. Local values may be applied at specific locations defined by Branch name and Chainage, and for a specified fraction.
For non-cohesive fractions with suspended load, the initial concentration always equals equilibrium: this is calculated automatically during the simulation and doesn't require any input in MIKE HYDRO.
