The cut-off frequencies determine the frequency range for which the spectra and spectral results are calculated.
Minimum frequency
The minimum cut-off frequency must be greater than or equal to zero.
Maximum frequency
The maximum cut-off frequency must be less than or equal to the Nyquist frequency, which is determined entirely by the sampling frequency of the input data:

Here is the time step of the input data. If the value is out of range a warning is issued and the invalid maximum cut-off frequency is automatically adjusted to the Nyquist frequency.
