A cover can be put on top of a volume/sewer node, as e.g. a manhole, set at Cover

	Name	Description
	ExpansionCoefficient	The surface area of normal and spilling covers expand to this coefficient times the area at the start of the cover.
	WaterLevelStart	Water level where cover starts
