PriorityQueueTKey, TValueToNodeArray Method

Copies the nodes of the priority queue to a new array, sorts it and returns it in priority order.

This is an O(n log(n)) operation

highestFirst: Type: SystemBoolean
Bool indicating if the highest priority should be the first value (true) or the last value (false)
