AlwaysScheduleCheck Method (Int32, Int32, Int32)

Check whether a date, defined by its dayOfWeek, dayOfMonth and month is part of this schedule. Use if dayOfWeek, dayOfMonth and month is precalculated from a date (for optimization)

Integer 0-7, 0 is sunday, 6 is saturdag
dayOfMonth: Type: SystemInt32
Integer 1-31 indicating day of month
month: Type: SystemInt32
Integer 1-12, 1 is January, 12 is December

Return Value

Type: Boolean
True if input is part of schedule, false if not
