Flag specifying whether to load data in SI units or in stored unit (SI for res1d, misc for res11).

Flag specifying whether to load data in UBG (Unit Base Group) units. or in stored unit (SI for res1d, misc for res11). If UseSIUnits is set, it takes presedense
