On this dialog you define the template to use for the conversion.
You have three options:
· Select existing template
· Modify existing template
· Create new template
If you have selected one of the first two options you must specity the template file to use.
When creating a new template the initial settings correspond to the default layout for input file type (ASCII or Excel).
NOTE: A template file has the extension .xml.
